About our Panelists:

Jennifer Thibodeau Bio:

Jennifer is the Public Policy Manager for DJI, the largest commercial drone manufacturer in the world. Based in Washington, DC her portfolio covers local, state and federal government relations. Before coming to DJI Jennifer worked for five years as a legislative analyst in the Pentagon. At the Department of Defense she worked on authorizations and appropriations portfolios supporting the Office of the Secretary of Defense during the Obama Administration. She has a B.A. in History from The George Washington University and is completing her thesis for a M.A. in Government from Johns Hopkins University.

Jessica Chosid

Jes is the CEO of Reign Maker, an industrial/commercial drone and data firm based in NYC. With a background working in information/data visualization and engineering, Jes founded Reign Maker to bridge 'Silicon Valley' technologies to New York government workflows. The firm makes engineering and inspection tasks more efficient, more transparent while improving deliverables. Previous to starting Reign Maker, Jes was the Creative Director for the largest privately held water engineering firm in the US, Hazen and Sawyer and was the Visual Information Lead at Bloomberg News.

Emily Hines

Emily is the business owner of Buzz My Property LLC. Her passion for flight started at 16 years old, when she first went paragliding. Over the course of two decades, her love for flying combined with a serious affliction for travel transpired from paragliding to skydiving, obtaining her Private SEL Pilot’s license, and then finally, her drone Part 107 license in late 2017.

She now heads a small but efficient operation which provides high resolution photos and videos to all sectors requiring drone images: from realtors to the construction industry, advertising, landscapers, inspectors and swimming pool or solar installers. The possibilities are endless!

Jackii Sovern

Jackii is a 25-year-old professional photographer, social media strategist, and drone operator with a BFA in Photography from the School of Visual Arts (graduated 2015). Based in the tri-state area, Jackii photographs for & manages/advises social media strategies for companies and brands, while also photographing and droning the NJ real estate market. She started her own company Socially Relevantt in 2016 where she continues to offer full-service social media and content services. Follow along with Jackii on Instagram @Jsovs & @SociallyRelevantt.

Andrea Watson

Andrea is the Founder and CEO of Sailing Press, Inc. which provides nautical

photos to the sailing community. In 2017, Andrea added drone services for her clients.

She became a FAA Certified Remote Pilot and has approximately 150 hours of flying.

As a Master educator with over 20 years working with children, Andrea became

interested in the DJI Tello Edu and developed a curriculum using the Tello and coding

Software.
